In my opinion, there aren't any other inspection businesses that compare to A-1. Not only is Del professional and courteous...he has the eyes of an eagle and will search a house/building from top to bottom and quickly send you the full report. We've used him 3 times and there were no surprises on any of the homes that we purchased...we knew what we were buying after the inspection.
