The condition of the home was less than satisfactory, but he had no complaints and got right to work. His communication was phenomenal, and his inspection list was very descriptive. In my opinion, there aren't any other inspection businesses that compare to A-1. Not only is Del professional and courteous...he has the eyes of an eagle and will search a house/building from top to bottom and quickly send you the full report. We've used him 3 times and there were no surprises on any of the homes that we purchased...we knew what we were buying after the inspection.
